Were based in the not so sunny United Kingdom.

No, we aren’t, every item goes through the final production process and inspection in house before any item is shipped out. This way we ensure a high level of quality control.

We create all our graphic prints in house. This makes every design unique and exclusive to Boondock Traders & Co. We take heavy influence from the Gaming, Anime & Pop-culture themes, along with any bat sh*t crazy ideas we come up with.

Yes, there will be, you can check our website, socials or sign up to our newsletter for any current deals and promotions.

No one likes missing out on a good sale so if we lower the price of an item within 1 week of purchase, we would be happy to price match and provide store credit/voucher for the difference. Just hit us up with an e-mail with the relevant information and we’ll get right on that for you.

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

We’re confident in the quality of our products which is why we have a 30 day return guarantee (starting from the date that you receive the item). So long as the item meets our returns policy, we’ll be happy to replace or refund the item/items.

If 30 days have gone by since delivery of the product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

In simple terms, we will only require data from you to ensure a smooth shopping experience and that the items get to you. Any data we ask for will only be used for this purpose alone. We will never share this data with third parties.

Shipping & Returns

Being based in the UK our work times are between 9am and 5pm, excluding weekends. The daily cut off point for same day dispatch is 3pm. Once we get an order we typically take 2-3 hours to process the order and have the item ready to be shipped.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, US and Japan

Customs duty and Taxes are not included. You may be charged at the time of receipt.

Typically this will vary on the time you placed your order, the region the item is being sent to and the shipping options you choose.

Our courier service aims to deliver to Europe in 3-5 working days and worldwide in 5-7 days. However, based on our experience, standard shipping to the UK can take up to 48 hours, United States can take up to 7 days, Germany can take 7-8 days and Turkey can take up to 15 days.

Assuming all your details are correct you should receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking details. If this hasn’t happened, drop us an e-mail at info@boondocktraders.com with your order number and any other details and we’ll be happy to assist.

We use Royal Mail as our main courier, they deal with all domestic shipping within the UK. If you’re an international customer Royal Mail will find a courier local to you for the final leg of the journey. This will be updated via tracking.

Once an order ships, we’re unable to change its destination so please ensure all address information is correct along with any APT, unit, or suite numbers. If you still need to make a change, send an email to info@boondocktraders.com as soon as possible with the right info, and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us via email. Please have your order number, a picture of the item, and a brief explanation of the damage/defect/or wrong item and we will correct the issue from there.

Orders can be edited or cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order through your order confirmation email.

After the first hour, as long as your order has not shipped, we can cancel and refund your order.

Please send an e-mail to info@boondocktraders.com with the subject line “Cancel Order” and include your order # in the subject line - we’ll take care of that for you.

Refunds are transferred back to the original form of payment and will be processed within 48-72 hours of cancellation notification. It may take your bank a few additional business days to post the credit to your account.

Clothing & Apparel

Theres no harm in trying! However, this isn’t a service we typically offer as of yet.

Although we strive to source all our apparel as organic cotton and/or recycled polyester items there are times that we may only offer cotton or a mix of cotton and polyester. In which case this will be clearly stated in the item description.

Yes, we actively partner with suppliers that follow industry recognised organizations such as amfori, WRAP, Sedex and Fair Wear to ensure that workers in our production chain enjoy a safe, dignified and properly paid employment environment.

Yes, we do plan to do limited edition releases. And because all our graphic prints are done in house, ALL our prints are exclusive to Boondock Traders & Co. so be sure to follow us on our socials and join our newsletter for updates on special offers, promotions and sales!

We will do our best to keep popular items in stock. If there is a certain item you really want back in stock reach out to us either via our socials or e-mail us directly to let us know!

However, this won’t apply to limited edition items. If we do a limited number run of say 69 graphic prints for a clothing item… there will only ever be 69 of them in the world.
