Shipping and Returns

 SHIPPING 

Currently we ship to mainland United Kingdom, Mainland Europe, North America, Canada and Japan.

 

 SHIPPING TIME 

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving. Depending on where you live, on average it takes between 2-12 business days to receive your apparel.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If a shipping delay exists, we will notify you as soon as possible. Our shipping days are Monday - Friday (Same day dispatch - orders that are received before 4pm).

 

Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery.

 

 CUSTOMS + DUTY 

Our products are printed in the UK. Shipments outside of this region may incur customs fees depending on the country where the order has been placed.

 

The fee is the recipient’s responsibility and may vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.

 

 TRACKING 

Once your package leaves our facility, you will be notified via e-mail and will be given the option to follow your package. After receiving the e-mail with the tracking info, please allow some time for the package to start moving.

 

 RETURNS 

We hope you never have to return a product, but if you do, we will do our best to satisfy your expectations.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unwashed. Of course, you have the possibility to try on the item and check if the size fits you.

 

To start a return, please contact us at info@boondocktraders.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return the parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

 REFUND POLICY 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method.

 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

 DAMAGES + ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer you a fitting solution!

 

 EXCEPTIONS 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products. If this is the case, this is clearly stated on the individual product page.

 

 EXCHANGES 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
